After having your windows tinted, you must wait one hour before rolling down your windows. This is because the tint must properly set and adhere. If you roll down your car’s windows before the tint has had sufficient time to settle, you may see streaks, bubbles, and other complications.
To ensure that the tint has had sufficient time to dry, use a watch or timer to time how long it takes for the tint to completely roll down. Begin by rolling down only one window after waiting at least an hour. Then, begin timing how long it takes for the hue to roll down from the top layer to the bottom.
Ensure that you do not overlook Step 3 when calculating the roll down time. You may wind up with a streaky or bubbly tint if you do so. In addition, the tint may not be applied uniformly, resulting in an uneven finish.
Remember to wait at least an hour after having your windows tinted before rolling down your windows. And when you do pull down your windows, be sure to time how long it takes for the tint to completely roll down. This will ensure that your tint application is free of streaks and bubbles.
